The carers, for their dedication, commitment, kindness, creating a safe environment for residents, giving them peace of mind, a bond of trust and confidence, treating residents with respect and dignity and going that extra yard. The ladies in the main office for their welcome, help and ongoing support to residents and their families, taking time to ensure the individual needs of residents are met, organising social activities, and going out of their way to encourage as many residents as possible to participate, promoting a positive community spirit and togetherness. The cleaning staff for taking great pride in their work and for keeping Town Close so clean and sweet smelling.
