A very welcoming home, very peaceful - outside very tidy flats are some a bit small but fine for one person. You certainly get your steps in with the long corridors. Everyone friendly always speak to you. Staff always friendly and helpful, always checking, the kitchen staff do food very good always looks and tastes so yummy. He enjoys his meals so much. Our peace of mind on behalf of myself and sister are extremely pleased how he has settled in and is well cared for. Thanking you all.

Mum was in good hands for the duration of her 9-year stay at Robert Kett Court. She was treated with compassion and respect throughout her stay and the standard of care was exemplary. During Covid, staff did everything they could to facilitate visits from family and keep us informed. It is difficult to imagine a better place for Mum during her twilight years. I am so grateful to the management and staff for their love, care and compassion.

The home is well-run and the staff seem very caring. The management keeps us informed and we are updated with all aspects of care.

My mum moved in last month. All the staff have been wonderful with their help and support to both my mum and myself in this process. The staff are very friendly and caring and communicate with myself and Mum very well, so we always feel involved with all her care. There are many activities, and it is a happy place for us all to visit and Mum to live.

The staff are extremely approachable, respectful and friendly. Always around and always have time for the residents and family. The building is nice and kept in good order, this includes the gardens and outside spaces. But, the kitchens in the flats could do with a spruce up. I am happy to leave my father in their care.

The care all the staff give to my special auntie is excellent. If I have to end up in a care home in my final years I would love to be in Robert Kett Court. I can't fault the staff and how they treat her both female and male staff.

My brother has been a resident for almost 6-years. He was very ill when he went to live in the care of the staff at Robert Kett Court. The staff at Robert Kett Court set high standards of care, my brother is lucky to be living in his own little apartment with 24-hour supervision and care. He is contented and he finds it easy to talk to all the staff. My brother has early dementia and he gets confused but the staff know how to give him peace of mind. I cannot thank Robert Kett Court enough, the manager, three particular members of staff and all that work there, a big thank you.

My dad was a resident of Robert Kett Court for nearly two years until he sadly needed 24-hour nursing care. From the very first day, Dad was made to feel so welcome and in dad's words, he felt safe. The management and staff provided dad with excellent care and support. The staff were always helpful and caring. Considering dad was a resident during the Covid-19 pandemic, my brother and I was always updated on changes and never excluded. I cannot praise them enough on behalf of my dad and family.

My step mum has lived at Robert Kett Court for over three years now. After recently being in hospital I was so desperate to get her back home, to be able to spend the time she has left in this place that is full of love, care, compassion, and empathy. Staff are absolutely wonderful with the tenants but also with us family members. The communication throughout the Covid pandemic has been brilliant. I have been kept up to date every step of the way. I am always made to feel welcome by smiling happy staff who go above and beyond to meet the needs required. Management and Team Leaders are approachable and always willing to help where they can. Thank you to every single staff member for all you do.......thank you just doesn't feel enough!

Excellent staff and care. The home has been brilliant during the pandemic. My mum has received wonderful attention throughout, I am extremely grateful to everybody at Robert Kett Court for keeping her well and safe.

Simply wonderful and I cannot thank them enough

The team that look after my father are amazing and incredibly supportive. They provide amazing care to suit everyone's individual needs; nothing is too much trouble, all staff go above and beyond. I get great comfort knowing my father is so well cared for and staff will always contact me with any changes. I could not recommend Robert Kett Court highly enough.

My mother moved to Robert Kett Court in July, so has only been a resident during Covid-19 pandemic. To date, I have found the staff without exception, courteous, kind and compassionate. I have been kept informed at all stages of my mother's care.

My experience with Robert Kett Court has been very positive. I know my father agrees and I would not want him to be anywhere else. This has been a trying year but staff have tirelessly battled to keep Robert Kett Court covid-free and as happy a place to be as they can. The dedication displayed by the manager and all the team is humbling to witness. I always have recommended Robert Kett Court as a good place for a loved one to live and will continue to do so.

Mum was a resident of Robert Kett Court for nine months. I cannot praise the facility, staff and care regime of "Housing with care" enough. She spent the last period of her life under supreme care and security.

My brother is resident at Robert Kett Court and I have to say it is a lovely place, modern and very peaceful. The staff are friendly, attentive and supportive. There seems to be regular activities and encouragement to get residents involved. The small apartments are ideal, very well laid out for those with mobility issues. During my visit, my brother had his dinner delivered to his room and it looked delicious. I would certainly recommend this accommodation and the care provided there.
