Barchester Southgate Beaumont - Independent Living Apartments

We have frequently visited resident in Beaumont Care home and we are very pleased by the treatment and the work the staff offering and their welcoming Charisma. They are helpful and willing to help always. We highly recommend.

The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful in a very difficult time, to my mother and myself. It's not what we had planned to do but she couldn't be in a better place, she's getting a level of care I couldn't give.

I can't possibly express in words how phenomenal the staff, food and overall experience my father had in this care home. He has said things about how delicious the food was consistently and how the staff met his every need before he knew he needed things. I can't recommend this care home highly enough.

Barchester Southgate Beaumont Care Community provided just what I needed when leaving hospital. Care and support when needed, friendly and helpful staff, quick to sort out problems and encouragement to improve my rehabilitation. I have been very impressed with the whole ethos and the effort made by all staff to facilitate my recovery. I now leave much stronger and with the confidence to continue to improve. Congratulations to all the very caring staff, from the manager down.

Very happy with the care given. Most staff cannot do enough for my mother and really go the extra mile. My mum only had three weeks following a knee replacement, but I would not hesitate putting her here if she needed long-term care. Would have been helpful, however, to have access to a freezer as she was supposed to ice her knee daily.

Really lovely and caring staff. Our Mum was well looked after and came back home in much better shape. We are very grateful. Beaumont was highly recommended to us and I will definitely recommend it myself.

Southgate Beaumont is a beautiful home and such a lovely place to be. They have such caring friendly staff. Always made to feel welcome when visiting my friend. They have great activities and a fantastic menu would highly recommend.

My mother-in-law joined Southgate Beaumont in March 2022. Since being here we find, when visiting her, Mum is happy and relaxed. The care she receives is excellent the carers are so caring and show respect to their patients. When I've needed reassurance about any situation there is always someone available to chat. We feel the room is very homely and cosy. Staff go above and beyond their expectations, we couldn't fault the home in any way. So happy to see Mum happy.

Since my nan joined this care home, visiting her has always put a smile on my face. To know that she is content, cared for in a loving, caring manner and is overall very happy. Myself and the family are always at ease knowing she is receiving the best care possible. The staff are so welcoming, always give you peace of mind and look after my nan the best way they can. It is so clean, warm and homely here and reminds me of just when my nanny used to be at home. I couldn't fault the care home in any way and love seeing my nan happy. Thank you so much Beaumont.

My dear mother has been placed in this him since October. I have been very impressed with the home and surrounding grounds. Management is very warm and approachable. Staff are very attentive. I feel that my mother is safe, treated with dignity in a secure, clean and beautiful environment.
