Redmayne View

The care team here are amazing. When my mum moved in there in 2022 I instantly felt relief, knowing she would be cared for properly. The care team are around 24/7 if my mum needed them, always friendly and upbeat. They are not only around for residents but family too. I would not want my mum anywhere else as she loves the care team probably more than her own children, which is totally understandable given all they do for her.

I have nothing but the highest regard for the care staff; they are so patient with my mum and show her kindness above and beyond what I would expect. Mum talks about them as if they are friends, the leaders are always happy to talk with me and answer anything I have questions about. Mum has early stage Alzhiemers and breast cancer, but this place has made what is a hard time for mum, very peaceful, calm, and she feels safe. I couldn't ask for a more caring environment.

My brother and I cannot praise the team of carers that help look after our mum, they are dedicated, very helpful and happy. We are so pleased that we chose Redmayne for Mum to stay.

All staff at Redmayne View are extremely helpful and are amazing with my mum, always giving her the care and compassion she needs, always there to give her what she needs. They are all lovely, and I would recommend Redmayne View and all the carers 100%

From when my grandmother first entered, she was made most welcome by staff and residents. We feel as a family that every day she is fed, safe and cared for to the highest levels. We are contacted instantly by management if there are any problems. My grandmother is so happy there. I cannot praise the staff highly enough; they go over and beyond to provide a stunning environment to live.

The care is the most excellent in the world. It is an incredibly high standard. Kindness unsurpassed. Outstanding high attention to detail. Awesome emotional support and the best ever physical care and wonderful patience shown by all. The best place to live and I'm statically happy. They deserve 200% as they are the best ever!

My brother has been a resident of Redmayne View for some four years, and I and my family have been extremely pleased with the care and attention of the whole Redmayne team that he has received. We remain very grateful to the staff and management for their efforts.

I visit my friend monthly. She is very happy at Redmayne. The staff are always friendly and helpful when I visit. The building is clean and tidy. I have visited for social events and been made welcome.

On 30-11-21 I shall have had 12 years - very happy years doing extraordinary things i.e. sitting on a Harley Davidson with the owner activating vroom vroom, whilst stationary. Also, seeing a total eclipse of the moon at 3.30 at night with staff in the garden!

My friend has been a resident at Redmayne View for over 10 years and is extremely happy there. She cannot speak highly enough of the staff, who do a wonderful and caring job.

I find Redmayne View an excellent all-rounder. Staff are excellent, good care to all residents and always at hand whenever needed. During bad times (Covid-19) everyone rallied together to make sure no one was a victim and it worked. All good, nothing negative to say.

The Redmayne View team have consistently gone above and beyond to support my friend to live as independently as he can whilst understanding the unique individual he is. They provide 24-hour person-centred care and support. The manager and her team are amazing - kind beyond words which they balance with humour and pragmatism. Redmayne View is a fabulous place to live and one which I recommend to future tenants who value their independence in a supportive living complex. Thank you.

My dad lives at Redmayne View and receives outstanding care and support by every member of staff. I must say that during Covid that all staff have gone above and beyond their caring/managing roles. Dad is really happy with everything that is provided at Redmayne.

Whenever we visit we are always made welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and never made to feel like an inconvenience. Whist in Day Room you always see staff interacting with the residents, laughing, joking and being very attentive.

I have always really enjoyed bringing my daughter to visit her great nanny. There is always a fantastic atmosphere in the main lounge and the staff always make us feel very welcome.

The staff are very friendly and very good at their jobs. My mother-in-law is looked after very well and is extremely happy with the care she receives and so are we.

My mother receives excellent care at Redmayne View and the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and very good at their jobs. The staff care for my mother very well and she is the happiest she has been for years.

This so a happy place to live. All staff seems to be content. I have seen many smiling faces and heard laughter.
