Rose Manor - Sanctuary Supported Living

My wife and I came here in June 2019 because my wife had dementia and in need of certain care but she developed Alzheimers desease and finally passed away in April 2025 so I am now living on my own but I know that if I require help it is available at a cost.

My husband and I have lived in a Sanctuary Retirement complex in Telford for 3 years. The apartments are independent. The building is lovely and always kept very clean. There is a handyman on site so I normally find repairs have been done quickly. There is a restaurant offering a main cooked meal every day and a small light bite menu. Meals are freshly made and reasonably priced. The staff have always been great. There is a community lounge and craft room. There are two communal gardens. The apartments are beautiful and very spacious. The doors and corridors are wide so wheelchair access is easy. The bathrooms are wet rooms. There is 24/7 care staff on site so care packages are available. The care staff and manager have always been friendly and helpful. There is also a housing manager and wellbeing staff, they have always been friendly and tried to help where possible. At a very difficult time, the staff, management, and regional and Retirement Living Manager for the U.K. went above and beyond in supporting us
