The service offers 35 self-contained extra care apartments for rent to people aged over 55. Each apartment includes its own kitchen, lounge, bedroom and wet room, supporting residents to live independently while receiving care or support where needed.
Residents can also enjoy access to a staffed café, communal lounges and a hairdressing salon, with support from Shaw’s on-site concierge and community care teams.
