The care home

Eccleston Court is a purpose built 54 bedded care home which provides specialist nursing care to older people and people living with dementia, situated in a quiet leafy residential area opposite a beautiful park in Eccleston, St Helens.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Manage day-to-day office operations and act as the first point of contact for visitors, families, and professionals

·  Maintain accurate resident records, both paper and electronic

·  Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries professionally

·  Coordinate appointments, meetings, and diaries

·  Prepare reports, letters, and documentation as required

·  Maintain staff personnel files in line with GDPR and confidentiality requirements

·  Assist with recruitment administration, including DBS checks and onboarding paperwork

·  Monitor training records and compliance requirements

·  Support rota administration where required
