Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Administrator to support our Human Resource, Office Manager and Training Departments. The Administrator will work 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. You will work in support of and alongside our HR team, Head of Admin & Finance and Reception team.

The responsibilities are wide and varied and will include general clerical duties, managing staff data, spreadsheets, and filing. You will support the recruitment function of the centre by advertising job openings, screening job applicants and supporting and processing new starters. You will assist the training function by organising the staff training program, liaising with internal and external training providers in addition to providing lunchtime cover for the main reception.

Multi-tasking is key to this role, and the ideal candidate will need to be highly efficient and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

You will require previous experience with computer literacy (intermediate Word, Excel & Outlook) and have an excellent telephone manner. Written and verbal communication skills are essential as are the display and evidence of strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and achieve deadlines. You must be aware of the need for confidentiality and adherence to GDPR regulations.
