Roche Health/Home Care (Head Office, LS11)

Roche Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Full-Time Administrator to join our dedicated Head Office team in LS11. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong office experience who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being part of a supportive, growing organisation.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • 1-hour lunch break
  • 37.5 hours per week

Salary

  • TBC, dependent on experience

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive team player who can hit the ground running. You should have:

  • Experience working in a busy office environment
  • Strong time?management skills
  • The ability to work independently when required
  • Confidence handling a variety of administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Data entry into Sage 50 and Sage 200
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Petty cash reconciliation
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Reviewing supplier portals to obtain invoices
  • Minute?taking during meetings
  • Liaising with suppliers to request missing information
  • Supporting our Homecare team with administrative tasks
  • Assisting the Sales Ledger team with debt collection
  • Archiving records

You may be asked to undertake additional tasks relevant to your role to support the wider needs of the business.
