There was one carer we came across that appeared very stressed Sunday 18th Oct which was a little uncomfortable to witness as she made it quite clear she was under staffed and I didn't feel it was appropriate for her to stress that in front of residents family.

It was very clear to see how well she had been cared for. She was clean, comfortable, and being well looked after by the staff on duty. Respite care can be stressful for both parties, but I was happy to know Debbie was going to be ok. Thank you to Hailey and her team, I will certainly be happy to place my wife back there in the future.

My wife was cared for in Fieldhead Court for 3½ years. I visited daily and rarely did I have any complaints. Having confidence in the staff was of comfort to me after we had lived together for 50 years before her separation into care. I cannot thank the staff enough. My wife died peacefully there on 14-9-2026.

There when we needed you most. Very quick & efficient admission enabling mum to settle quickley. Any questions we had were always answered promptly, everyone seemed aware of mums situation & what she needed. The home appears very well run with loyal, supportive staff. We felt confident mum was in safe hands.

When entering Mansion House we were warmly greeted and immediately given information about mums progress. All staff were attentive to mum and we were reassured to see how mum interacted with them. It was very apparent that the team knew mum well- and her personal interests/likes were considered. She was given physical care with respect & dignity and her comfort was clearly paramount . We were also very well accommodated and were shown great compassion and support. I felt the team went above and beyond their duties and am comforted by the fact that when we could not be there, mum had her Mansion House - extended family around her. We cannot thank them enough.

Dad has been a resident at Tudor House since November 2024 and despite his condition, seems very comfortable. He is always clean and well looked after. All the staff are so caring and I don't think I could find anywhere better for him. I am confident leaving him in their care.

Dad is safe and well cared for. No major problems, Occasional slight issues - to be expected though.

Our family are extremly satisfied with the care of our mum. The staff went above & beyond looking after her in her final days at Fieldhead Court. The overall experience from the moment she arrived until the last day I cant put into words. We would highly recommed this lovely Nursing Home.

Last week my mother passed away at Mansion House after being a resident there for approximately six and a half years. Over the years the staff has changed but the care provided has always been of a very high standard. The end of life care given to my mother over the last few weeks really has been exceptional and the compassionate caring attention we have received on our recent extended visits has been very much appreciated. My mother and her family would not have received any better treatment in a Hospice.

My mum recently moved into Fieldhead Court, what a relief after the terrible experience of her previous care home.

Mum is so happy and contented here and will only get better as she settles in.

Your staff and management here are second to none without exception. They are a credit to the company and should be congratulated. They are patient, caring, professional and effective, nothing is too much trouble.

Mum has a lovely room facing the beautiful gardens and the meals are really nice and served with a cheery smile and a few minutes of welcome conversation. The caretaker will help out in any way he can when requested.

We would like to share our wonderful experience at Fieldhead Court. The management and colleague teams went over and above to provide an environment that enabled my mom and her family to celebrate three separate events at the care home. Mother's Day and two visits from her son, who had travelled from Florida to see mom. We were given a private room with tea and coffee. Each of these events were so special for mum and her family. We all had a wonderful time. This was mainly down to the wonderful support which was given to us by your fantastic team at Fieldhead Court. Well thanked everyone for their support at each event. My mom and her family would like the teams to receive some recognition for what they did for us. We are all very happy that mum is a resident with you and that the care team are looking after mum.

I was most concerned, upset and doubtful about putting my 96 year old mother into a care home. With past experiences with other relatives, I was not confident that she would receive good care. After just the three months she has been in Feildhead Park, I am confident I have chosen well. I am at ease in my mind that she is getting good care in a clean and safe home.

Daytime staff exceptional, night-time staff a little sparse. My parent seems to be waiting too long for attention (not always).

Everything here to me is good. People who care, and it's good.

I visited my neighbour, who has resided at Hartshead for just a couple of months. I was walking to her room when I overheard two carers with a resident in her room. The conversation was of a general nature: the carer's tone of voice, pace of conversation was lovely, the carers were respectful and kind, I was delighted because this, to me, was every day stuff, a benchmark, if you like, of the culture of the home.

Mansion House near Selby is a very welcoming care home with a compassionate and very capable manager, nurses and carers. They did their best to make my wife comfortable and it was not their fault that she didn't settle there. The home's Manager could not have be more helpful and understanding. The registered nurses and care team leaders were also excellent.

We found Mansion House to be a safe and warm home for my mother-in-law. The staff were great - faced with difficult and challenging behaviour from residents, they showed humour, kindness and respect to everyone.

We found all of the departments of the care home were extremely kind, considerate, caring and professional.

On my visits I have met hands-on carers, cleaners, medical staff, clerical staff, and catering staff - all, including head office staff, have shown a high level of the necessary professional knowledge and compassion needed for looking after the welfare of the residents in their care.
