Job summary
Amica Care Trust
Be part of something new. We're opening Greenland's Meadow, a beautiful, purpose?built care home and we're looking for a friendly, organised Home Administrator to help us create a warm, welcoming and well?run environment from day one.
This is a full-time role 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
What You'll Do
- Welcome visitors and provide a professional front?of?house service
- Keep admin, records and digital systems running smoothly
- Manage staff rotas, absence and training updates
- Support recruitment, onboarding and inductions
- Handle finance tasks including petty cash, invoices and resident funds
- Track enquiries and support the admissions process
- Maintain compliance and health & safety documentation
Commissioning Responsibilities
- Set up new admin systems
- Support recruitment campaigns and staff onboarding
- Coordinate equipment, supplies and pre?opening tasks
- Assist with CQC registration preparation
What We're Looking For
- Strong admin experience and Microsoft 365 skills
- Organised, accurate and confident communicating with others
- Calm, friendly and able to juggle competing priorities
- Recruitment or finance experience is a bonus
