Callum Pearce

Job Title: Commissioning Manager Joined: 2026

Callum joined Amica Care in 2026, having worked in the care sector since the age of 15.


Although he had originally aspired to become a Police Officer, he quickly discovered his true calling was in care, where his commitment to improving the lives of others has driven a successful and fulfilling career.


At the age of 22, Callum became a Deputy Manager and was soon promoted to Registered Manager. He has successfully managed both residential and dementia care homes, demonstrating strong leadership and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in delivering high-quality care.


Callum is pursuing a Master's degree in Healthcare Management, further solidifying his expertise and commitment to continuous improvement in the care sector.


Outside of work, Callum enjoys all things Marvel, spending quality time with family and exploring new places.

Colette Neave

Job Title: Home Administrator Joined: 2026

Colette has worked in the Health and Social Care sector for nearly a decade, specialising in dementia care, and is joining Greenlands Meadow from the opening of the Marketing Suite.


You may recognise Colette from creating another successful local business, 'Little Farmers', where she built a welcoming and supportive community for local families. With years of experience in starting, managing and running businesses, she brings a wealth of knowledge in administration, customer relations, event planning and community engagement.


Alongside Callum, the Commissioning Manager, Colette is looking forward to helping shape Greenlands Meadow, where they hope to build a care home that is truly integrated with the local community. Their vision is for Greenlands Meadow to be a welcoming and accessible space where local people can come together, attend events, build friendships, while sharing experiences with residents.
