Callum Pearce
Callum PearceJob Title:Commissioning ManagerJoined: 2026

Callum joined Amica Care in 2026, having worked in the care sector since the age of 15.

Although he had originally aspired to become a Police Officer, he quickly discovered his true calling was in care, where his commitment to improving the lives of others has driven a successful and fulfilling career.

At the age of 22, Callum became a Deputy Manager and was soon promoted to Registered Manager. He has successfully managed both residential and dementia care homes, demonstrating strong leadership and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in delivering high-quality care.

Callum is pursuing a Master's degree in Healthcare Management, further solidifying his expertise and commitment to continuous improvement in the care sector.

Outside of work, Callum enjoys all things Marvel, spending quality time with family and exploring new places.

Chinju Jomon
Chinju JomonJob Title:Deputy ManagerJoined: 2026

Chinju is a qualified nurse with more than five years of experience in the care home sector and a strong passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care. Throughout her career, she has progressed through a range of leadership roles, including Deputy Manager and Clinical Nurse Manager, gaining valuable experience in clinical care, team leadership, and supporting residents to live with dignity, choice, independence, and respect.

She is currently completing her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, further developing her knowledge and skills to support effective leadership, team development, and the delivery of consistently high standards of care.

Chinju is delighted to be joining the team at Greenlands Meadow and to be part of the home's journey from the very beginning. She is looking forward to helping build a positive culture, establish high standards of care, and contribute to creating a warm, safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents, their families, and the wider team.

As Greenlands Meadow prepares to welcome its first residents, Chinju looks forward to working alongside Callum and the wider team to create a home where every resident feels valued, respected, listened to, and truly at home. She believes that excellent care is about more than meeting clinical needs; it is about getting to know each individual, understanding what matters to them, and supporting them to live fulfilling lives with dignity, choice, and independence.

Chinju is excited about this new chapter and the journey ahead, and is looking forward to helping make Greenlands Meadow a place that residents, families, and colleagues can be proud to call home.

Rhona Lyne
Rhona LyneJob Title:Home AdministratorJoined: 2026

Rhona has worked in the care sector for over 30 years, beginning her career as a Care Assistant before progressing into management. For 20 years, she worked as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care in Hampshire.

After moving to Somerset, Rhona decided to return to a role where she could have more day-to-day contact with the people receiving care – something she has always valued throughout her career.

As Home Administrator at Greenlands Meadow, Rhona feels she has the best of both worlds: supporting the smooth running of the home while still having the opportunity to spend time with residents and their families.

Rhona is proud to be part of the founding Greenlands Meadow team and is excited to watch the home grow, welcome its first residents and build a wonderful reputation within the local community.
