Health Care Assistant

The Care Assistant assists the RGN and EN in a range of basic duties to ensure the smooth running of the Nursing Home and the care of the patients, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.

She/He will work under the direction and supervision of a RGN or EN.  To whom she/he is accountable, and as a member of the Nursing Team maintaining a high standard of total care.
