What you will be doing: 
  • Provide personal care and support.
  • Administer and record medication.
  • Assist with daily living activities.
  • Support activities and social engagement.
  • Promote dignity, independence, and well-being.
  • Deliver person-centred care as part of a team.
What you’ll bring:
  • Kind, compassionate and great with people
  • Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
  • Bank Care Assistant to have the flexibility to work as and when required to include day, night and weekend shifts
  • Day shifts are 8am to 8pm and nights shifts are 8pm to 8am
  • Previous experience working within a care home is required
