Care Assistant Nights – Autumn Grange Nursing Home

At Autumn Grange Nursing Home, we’re looking for caring, compassionate individuals to join our supportive team as a Care Assistant, working night shifts.

Based in Creswell S80, on the outskirts of Worksop, Autumn Grange provides care and nursing support for up to 54 people, supporting older adults and people living with dementia.

What you’ll be doing

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our residents’ daily lives by:

• Providing person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs and preferences

• Supporting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and mobility

• Providing support during mealtimes

• Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health, wellbeing, or behaviour

• Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and overall wellbeing

• Working collaboratively as part of a caring, supportive, and dedicated team

Position Details

• Night shifts

• Shift times: 18:45-07:00

• Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour

• Working pattern: rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays

• Location: Creswell, S80
