The Malthouse, Gillingham

£14.75 per hour

Full-time night shifts 35 hrs per week 9:30 pm - 7:30 am (includes alternate weekends)

Day shifts 28 hours per week 7:30 am - 2:30 pm / 2:30 pm - 9:30 pm (includes alternate weekends)

Specialising in residential support for the elderly, The Malthouse is a traditional building with a quirky and charming interior set in beautiful grounds with a courtyard and a private rear garden. Inside the home is a warm and homely atmosphere, and you’ll be greeted by a care team who pride themselves on friendliness and caring.

What would a typical day look like?

• Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
• Providing companionship and offering social interaction
• Maintaining accurate resident records
• Administering prescribed medication and updating medication charts as applicable
• Supporting and leading our existing care team
