" People genuinely love the home and much of the team have been here for many years - it’s a wonderful family atmosphere which I have been welcomed into with open arms since joining in October 2021. I meet the early birds when I first come in at 7:30 and am out of the office as often as I can be, I like to get out on the floor to greet the residents and the team. "
