Team Leader

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Care Team Leader to lead and support our care staff. You'll ensure that our home runs smoothly, delivering high-quality care while upholding our vision, values, and policies. This is a hands-on role, combining leadership and personal care responsibilities to provide a safe, nurturing environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage: Oversee care staff, ensuring resources are well-managed and residents receive personalised, high-quality care.
• Quality Care: Maintain and improve service standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Personal Care: Support residents with their personal care needs and create care plans that enhance their quality of life.
• Teamwork: Lead by example, taking an active role in staff meetings, training, and supervision of care practices.
• Resident Support: Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and external agencies.

Care Delivery:

• Ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
• Assist with health care arrangements, including medication management.
• Promote resident participation in social activities and the community.

Operational Duties:

• Manage day-to-day operations across all floors, ensuring adequate staffing.
• Assist with new resident admissions, including assessments and respite stays.
• Conduct regular care plan reviews.
