An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Haddon House Nursing Home.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with excellent clinical knowledge, strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care. As Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting the clinical leadership of our home, working closely with the Home Manager and wider management team to maintain high standards of care and drive continuous quality improvement.
Haddon House is a 40-bed nursing home in Clowne, providing specialist nursing care for older adults, including those living with dementia and complex care needs. This varied role offers a combination of nursing shifts and supernumerary time, enabling you to support clinical governance through audits, staff supervision, quality assurance and the ongoing development of our nursing and care teams.
Position Details
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Two clinical nursing shifts and two supernumerary shifts each week
Nursing Shift Times: 7:45am – 8:00pm
Location: High Street, Clowne, S43
Salary: £49,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications

About You - You will be a Registered Nurse with strong leadership qualities and experience of developing and monitoring effective clinical practices. You will have excellent organisational skills, be confident overseeing nursing and treatment areas, and be committed to supporting colleagues to deliver the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop, review and update person-centred care plans in partnership with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals
- Administer prescribed medication and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with company procedures and NMC standards
- Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, identifying changes in condition and arranging GP or other healthcare professional involvement where required
- Provide clinical leadership to the team, delivering effective supervision, supporting staff and ensuring clear, informative handovers at the end of each shift
- Support the Management team with audits, governance, and quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in the home's on-call rota when required
