Northern Region | RDCP Care

An opportunity has arisen for a Regional Support Manager to join our leadership team at RDCP Care.

We believe exceptional care starts with exceptional leadership. We are looking for a Regional Support Manager to join our leadership team, supporting our care and nursing homes across our Northern Region.

This is a rewarding and varied role where you'll work alongside Home Managers to strengthen clinical practice, improve quality, support service development and help our homes achieve the very best outcomes for the people we support.

About RDCP Care

At RDCP Care, we have 19 residential and nursing homes across Yorkshire, the Midlands and North Wales. Our homes provide high-quality care for older people, individuals living with dementia and those with complex care needs.

The Regional Support Manager role will support homes across locations including Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, working closely with Home Managers to provide operational, clinical and leadership support.

About the Role

As Regional Support Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting Home Managers to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care while driving continuous improvement across the region.

You'll provide leadership, coaching and guidance, helping managers overcome challenges, develop their teams and maintain excellent clinical and regulatory standards.

You'll help create a positive culture where people feel supported. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding care and developing others.

Further responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide leadership, mentoring and professional support to Home Managers
  • Support homes to achieve and maintain high standards of care, governance and regulatory compliance
  • Work with managers to develop and implement quality improvement plans, monitoring progress and celebrating success
  • Carry out clinical and quality audits, identifying opportunities to improve outcomes for residents
  • Support managers with clinical governance, nursing practice and compliance, performance management, absence management and wellbeing
  • Facilitate clinical supervision and support nurse revalidation
  • Support managers through safeguarding concerns, investigations and learning, ensuring best practice and positive outcomes
  • Support homes to maximise occupancy by promoting excellent standards, positive relationships and a welcoming service
  • Build strong relationships with residents, relatives and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement

About You

  • Registered Nurse qualification with a current unrestricted NMC PIN.
  • Previous leadership experience and excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, clinical governance, adult social care legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience supporting quality improvement and service development.
  • A full UK driving licence due to regular travel throughout the region.
