Care Team Leader

Full Time | Permanent | Minimum 36 hours per week 12-hour shifts, 8am – 8pm (days and nights available)

Are you an experienced care professional ready to take the next step into leadership? Gosberton House Care Home is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Care Team Leader to join our team, working either day and night shifts.

About the Role

As a Care Team Leader, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of person-centred care, while leading, motivating, and supporting your team to be the best they can be.

What We're Looking For

• Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent care
• Experienced in a care setting, with a genuine willingness to learn and develop further
• Trained and confident in medication administration
• Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
• Excellent communication skills, both with residents and families, and across the wider care team
• Flexible and reliable, able to work 12-hour shifts on either days or nights
• Experience with developing and writing care plans
• Experience with electronic care planning systems and EMAR
• Minimum 3 years experience in care and have a Level 2 in Health and Social Care, Level 3 is desirable but not essential.
