Domestic Cleaner

Location  - Mockley Manor Care & Nursing Home, Forde Hall Lane, Ullenhall, Warwickshire, B95 5PS -  Access to a car and Full driving license is required for this home due to its location.

Hours - 30 hours a week, 8am-2pm on a rota basis, alternative weekend work required

Pay - £12.71 an hour, paid monthly.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated team players to join us as a Domestic Cleaner at our Mockley Manor Care Home.

The key responsibilities of our Domestic Cleaner role at Coate Water Care include:

  • Carry out cleaning duties throughout the nursing home in line with agreed schedules and standards.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and personal presentation at all times.
  • Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment, reporting any defects or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and use approved cleaning products correctly.
  • Undertake training as required and support the wider team with additional duties as directed by management.
  • Support Head Housekeeper in ensuring tasks are completed to standard.

Requirements for Domestic Cleaner role:

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to attend mandatory training and development sessions.
  • Reliable, committed, and flexible approach with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to undertake additional reasonable duties as required by management.
