What You will Receive

• £13.45 per hour
• Permanent contract (21 hours per week)
• Shifts available Monday to Sunday on a rota basis

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will help ensure our residents enjoy a clean, hygienic and welcoming home every day. Your work will directly contribute to their comfort, dignity and quality of life.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will work alongside a supportive team to maintain the highest standards throughout the Centre.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean residents' bedrooms, bathrooms, communal areas and other assigned spaces to a consistently high standard
• Support the laundry service by washing, drying and preparing linen and residents' clothing
• Replenish cleaning materials and disposable supplies as required
• Follow all Health & Safety, COSHH, infection control and fire safety procedures
• Maintain excellent hygiene standards throughout the Centre
• Build positive relationships with residents, visitors and colleagues by providing a friendly and professional service
• Work efficiently as part of the housekeeping team while respecting residents' privacy and maintaining confidentiality

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness
• Has a positive, caring and professional attitude
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Is reliable, organised and hardworking
• Has previous housekeeping, domestic or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
• Is happy to work flexible shifts, including weekends as part of a rota
