Salary: £46,500 per annum

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Lead the delivery of outstanding, person centred care, ensuring every resident is treated with dignity, respect and individuality.
  • Provide visible, compassionate leadership that inspires trust and accountability.
  • Ensure Sandstones continues to meet the highest standards of compliance and best practice.
  • Take ownership of the home’s occupancy, budget and overall performance.
  • Maintain and enhance Sandstones reputation within the local community, ensuring it remains a home of choice in Wallasey.
  • Oversee audits, quality assurance and governance to maintain a safe, well led service.
  • Recruit, support and inspire a talented team who share your commitment to outstanding care.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and regional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Who we're looking for:

  • An experienced Registered Manager with a track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC outcomes.
  • A genuine commitment to outstanding care and improving the lives of older people.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act and wider regulatory requirements.
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • A proactive approach to quality improvement, problem solving and delivering positive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the confidence to collaborate with residents, families, professionals, and colleagues.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
