Job Summary
Laundry Assistant
Location: Bourne House - Salisbury
Pay rate: £13.01ph Mon-Fri, £13.41ph weekends
Contracted hours: 35 hours per week
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Laundry Assistant you’ll be responsible for providing a
laundry service for our residents; this includes the operation of
commercial washing, drying and finishing machinery. You’ll ensure the
laundry area is safe, clean and tidy at all times and that all laundry
is processed in an efficient and timely manner.
Some of our
residents love to join in with simple laundry tasks, so you may
sometimes find that you have extra help as you carry out your daily routines.
Located in the historic Old Sarum, just north of Salisbury,
Avon Court and Bourne House make up Avonbourne Care Centre.

experience, as we’ll give you the training and support you need. What

residents to understand their individual needs ensuring they receive
the best service possible.
