About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will support residents to live comfortably, safely and with dignity. You will build meaningful relationships whilst promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality personal care and support.
• Assisting residents with daily living activities.
• Supporting residents with eating and drinking.
• Encouraging participation in activities and social interaction.
• Maintaining accurate care records.
• Working closely with nurses, senior carers and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Promoting dignity, respect and person-centred care at all times.
