Part Time Cook

The successful applicant is required to be an enthusiastic, energetic individual who demonstrate good organisational skills and ensures the provision of quality food to meet the individual dietary requirements of all residents.

To ensure high standards are maintained at all times and be willing to make suggestions for improvement.

Deliver a varied menu of nutritious, well-balanced, attractive meals that meet residents individual needs.

Work along side Kitchen assistant

To ensure in the safe handling and storage of food, use of equipment, COSHH and the use of cleaning materials, ensuring all regulations are adhered to.

Ensures temperature testing of foods is undertaken as required and records are maintained.

Maintains an effective cleaning schedule.

Ensure all documentation is completed as required.
