Night Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Night Team Leader to join our team and work in our care home, leading and supporting a night team in the care of older people, this will involve team management, medication administration, management of any unforeseen circumstances.

This person will be responsible in the event of an accident to make sure the care of the individual is supported by working with the other relevant health professionals, such has paramedics.

Oversee the night schedules, including any small domestic duties are carried out to the right standard, monitoring the security of the building and provide a warm friendly atmosphere for the residents to feel safe and relax in.
