Job Summary
We are looking for Day and Night senior carers with a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role and an NVQ2 in Health and Social care.
This person will work hands on and provide leadership for a small care team, leading by example, being responsable for the administration of some medication in conjunction with the Team Leaders.
You will require the ability to motivate staff and help maintain good team work in providing physical, emotional and social care to older people.
