Care Assistant – Full Time (3 Shifts per Week)

Shift Pattern: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Contract: Full-Time (3 long day shifts per week)

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our friendly team. This is a full-time position working three 12-hour shifts per week (7am–7pm), providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

You will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live comfortably, safely, and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and toileting
• Support residents with mobility and daily living activities
• Assist with meals and hydration
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and promote emotional wellbeing
• Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to senior staff
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Follow all safeguarding and health & safety procedures
