Care Assistant

The Role

You will work under the guidance of a Care Assistant and have responsibility for the physical and emotional wellbeing and social needs of our residents.

Duties

• You will attend to personal care for our residents, such as washing, dressing and assisting with meals.
• You will pay attention to assisting residents who have limited mobility or physical/learning difficulties.
• You will complete accurate daily records and observe care plan needs for residents with vigilance and full understanding.
• You will promote residents’ independence and wellbeing, involving them in daily activities alongside a high-quality standard of care.
• You will be prepared to take part in mandatory training and maintain your professional knowledge
