At St John's Nursing Home, we are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our residents in a warm and supportive environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Care Assistant to join our team full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to residents, ensuring dignity and respect at all times

• Assist with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, mobility, and meal times

• Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or wellbeing to senior staff

• Support residents with their emotional and social needs

• Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans diligently

• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the highest standards of care

Requirements:

• Minimum of [1-2 years] experience as a Health Care Assistant, preferably in a nursing home or similar setting

• Fully flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

• Right to work in the UK – No sponsorship available
