Job Summary
As Senior Care Assistant you will:
- Provide leadership and supervision to the care team
- Induct and mentor new employees
- Instil a positive culture among the team, leading by example
- Develop firm and trusting relationships with residents and relatives
- Take a lead in resident care planning and review
- Work in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams
- Contribute towards effective medication management and safe administration
