Your Role at Signature

You’ll lead our clinical team, ensuring all care meets CQC and Signature standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
  • Leading on governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Managing budgets, rotas, recruitment, and resource allocation.
  • Coaching, developing, and supporting your team, including mandatory training and professional development.
  • Maintaining accurate records and delivering high standards of resident care.
  • Acting as Deputy General Manager when required.
What we’re looking for
  • Current NMC registration (essential).
  • Proven leadership in a similar role in a care or nursing (desirable) or hospital environment.
  • Strong understanding of governance, quality assurance, and compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A compassionate, motivating leadership style.
