You’ll lead our clinical team, ensuring all care meets CQC and Signature standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring appropriate staffing levels and skill mix.
- Leading on governance, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Managing budgets, rotas, recruitment, and resource allocation.
- Coaching, developing, and supporting your team, including mandatory training and professional development.
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering high standards of resident care.
- Acting as Deputy General Manager when required.
- Current NMC registration (essential).
- Proven leadership in a similar role in a care or nursing (desirable) or hospital environment.
- Strong understanding of governance, quality assurance, and compliance.
