?? The Role

As a Weekend Care Assistant, you'll become an important part of our team, helping residents enjoy a safe, comfortable and meaningful weekend.

You'll provide practical support, companionship and encouragement while making sure every resident is treated with dignity, kindness and respect.

No two days are exactly the same, and that's what makes care such a rewarding career.

Your role will include:

?? Providing compassionate personal care and support.

?? Promoting dignity, independence and choice in everything you do.

?? Supporting residents with their everyday routines and activities.

?? Spending time getting to know residents and building genuine relationships.

?? Supporting emotional wellbeing and providing companionship.

???????? Building positive relationships with relatives, visitors and colleagues.

?? Working as part of a supportive team to provide outstanding care.

?? Helping residents enjoy meaningful, enjoyable and fulfilling days.

An NVQ in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential.
