Senior Health care assistant - Nights

We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to help lead our care team and deliver high-quality, person-centred support to our residents.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting residents with personal care and daily living
• Leading and guiding care staff on shift
• Administering medication (where trained)
• Monitoring wellbeing and updating care plans
• Providing companionship and emotional support

What we’re looking for:
? Experience in a care home or similar setting
? NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
? Strong communication and leadership skills
? A kind, patient, and reliable approach
