If you care about helping adults who are living with a long-term mental health diagnosis to achieve their potential, then this role is for you!
The key to your role is making every resident interaction a positive and meaningful experience for each individual person. Duties undertaken are in accordance with care plan guidance and the wishes of each individual resident. These include:
- Assisting and enabling residents to live their chosen lifestyle.
- Providing support, assistance and companionship (both practical and emotional) to residents.
- Assisting with personal care and daily living duties
- Applying topical treatments and undertaking observations and checks in a timely manner as per care plan specification
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff alike
