Care Support Worker - Night Shift

As a Support Worker with our Night Shift team you’ll enjoy:

• Full time hours worked over 3 shifts per week from 7.30pm to 8am (full time = 35hrs per week)
•  Hourly rate* of £15.07 - £15.38  (*which includes an ‘antisocial hours’ enhancement)

The key to your role is making every resident interaction a positive and meaningful experience for each individual person.  Duties undertaken are in accordance with care plan guidance and the wishes of each individual resident. These include:

• Assisting and enabling residents to live their chosen lifestyle.
• Providing support, assistance and companionship (both practical and emotional) to residents.
• Assisting with personal care and daily living duties
• Applying topical treatments and undertaking observations and checks in a timely manner as per care plan specification
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff alike
