The Role

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Worker to help ensure our building, equipment and outdoor areas are always in excellent condition. You’ll carry out repairs, inspections and upkeep that directly support the wellbeing and safety of our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs across the home.
• Inspect building systems regularly and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling systems.
• Support minor renovations, painting and carpentry tasks.
• Keep gardens, walkways and external areas tidy and safe.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
