We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our dedicated team in a welcoming 30-bed nursing home, where every resident is known, valued, and supported as an individual.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Deliver safe, effective and compassionate evidence-based nursing care
- Undertake comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans
- Administer and manage medications in line with NMC and organisational standards
- Monitor residents’ health and respond promptly to changes in clinical condition
- Work collaboratively with GPs, community services, allied health professionals and families
- Provide high-quality palliative and end-of-life care where required
- Support residents with complex conditions including frailty, dementia, neurological conditions and long-term illnesses
- Lead, supervise and support care staff to maintain high standards of care delivery
- Maintain accurate, timely and confidential clinical documentation
- Contribute to safeguarding, infection prevention and control, and clinical governance
- Promote dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing for all residents
- Act as a role model for professional nursing practice within the home
About You
We are looking for a nurse who is:
- A Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with valid NMC registration
- Confident in clinical decision-making, assessment and care planning
- Compassionate, patient-focused and committed to high-quality care
- Able to recognise and respond effectively to deterioration in residents’ conditions
- A strong communicator who works well within a multidisciplinary team
- Organised, reliable and able to provide clinical leadership when required
- Committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
Nursing home experience is desirable but not essential, as full support and induction will be provided for the right candidate.
