Job Title: Host Lead
Location: Richmond Villages Bede, Hospital Lane, Bedworth, CV12 0PB
Salary range: £13.60ph & Excellent Benefits
Contract: Permanent 40hrs
Shift Patterns: Hrs Between 8-7pm to include weekends on rota & some late nights to cover events
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys a hands-on role but is also comfortable managing people, coordinating rotas, and carrying out administrative tasks. The role combines customer-facing hospitality responsibilities with team leadership and operational support to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant services.

You'll help us make health happen by:

Supporting the day-to-day management of the hospitality team.

Assisting with staff supervision, providing guidance and support to ensure high service standards are maintained.

Taking accountability for creating and managing staff rotas, ensuring appropriate staffing levels are in place to meet business needs.

Completing administration duties (approximately 50% of the role), including updating records, managing schedules, handling departmental paperwork, and supporting reporting requirements.

Monitoring attendance, holiday requests, and shift cover arrangements.

Supporting the Hospitality Manager with operational organisation and team performance

Setting up for business & serving at mealtimes

Serving drinks at the bar as required (only applicable to applicants over 18 years old)

Ensuring that the restaurant and cafe? & kitchen are tidy and meet all high standards
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
You're someone that cares for others and wants to make a real difference to people's lives. You have previous customer service experience, and you might also have some experience in a catering role or kitchen role although this is not as essential, as training is provided. A great communicator, you'll enjoy working in a close-knit team, with people from all walks of life. Always looking to deliver an excellent service to our residents, you'll use your knowledge of maintaining a clean, tidy, safe and hygienic environment.
