Senior Carer

A full time Senior Carer required for small Care home in Hove. Duties to include assisting residents in washing and dressing, serving meals and drinks, providing best possible care by following the residents' individual care plans which include guidance from other professionals, monitoring of residents' health and wellbeing and liaising with Management and other team members.
