Night Care Assistant

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistants to join  our team. Wheather you are experienced or just starting out, if you have a caring nature and a desire to make a difference we would love to hear from you. As a care practioner  in Hillgrove your role may include;

Provide Personal care ans support with dignity and respect.

Offer emotional reassurance and companionship during quiet hours.

Monitor residents wellbeing and respond to any needs overnight.

Maintain a clean, safe and calm environment

Work closely with the night team to ensure continuity of care

Ensure the environment is safe and secure.

Making yourself familiar with all aspects of the home including the codes , and fire control system.

Ensuring correct reporting on the care planning system.

Making sure you are on time to receive a full handover from previous staff.

Maintaining a clean and tidy appearance.

Following health and safety guidelines and infection control  policy.
