We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Health Care Assistant to join our team, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. In this role, you will support patients with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and nutrition, while also supervising and guiding junior staff to maintain excellent care standards. You will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals, monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
