The home

Situated in Stranraer Thorney Croft is a warm, welcoming and friendly 60 bed residential care home which provides specialist care and support to older people and people living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Providing personal care, such as showering, shaving, oral hygiene and dressing

·  Administering medication

·  Monitoring health and wellbeing

·  Maintaining records and reporting any changes

·  Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks.

·  Providing emotional support and companionship.

·  Helping with everyday life care, such as mobility and mealtimes.

·  Supporting people with social and physical activities.
