Salary: £12.75 - £13.75 per hour depending on experience

Croft House is an elegant and spacious home situated within a leafy suburb close to Stansted Airport. The home is set in stunning, well-maintained gardens and is also situated within walking distance of the main high street of Great Dunmow, which is ideal for residents to get out and about.
At Croft House, staff take great care to focus on the person. It's important for residents to feel at home, so staff create a friendly environment with an individually appropriate balance of care and independence.
Enjoying food is an important part of life. The chefs create well-crafted menus made with the freshest ingredients and they try to cater for all ethnicity groups. Soon after a resident arrives at Croft House, staff discuss their personal preferences and dietary needs with them.
There's a real sense of community at Croft House. The staff love to discover what residents enjoy doing and the social calendar is organised around those interests.

Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
- Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care and ensure to document and report any changes in accordance with the required legislation.
- Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plan.
- Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
- Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory & legal requirements.
What we're looking for:
- Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Desirable: Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification
