Registered Manager

We are recruiting for a Registered Manager to join our team at Caldene Rest Home.

Based in West Bromwich, B70, Caldene Rest Home, is a 27-bed residential care home providing specialist care and support for older adults and those living with dementia.

The Registered Manager will oversee the day-to-day leadership of the home, ensuring regulatory compliance while fostering a positive, supportive culture for residents, families, and colleagues.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a committed team within a service that values collaboration, quality care, and continuous improvement.

Support Structure: You will work closely with our Regional Support Manager and Quality Operations Manager.

Position Details:

• Location: West Bromwich, B70

• CQC Rating: GOOD

• Position: Full-time, including on-call duties.

• Rate of Pay: £32,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience

• Required: A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle to attend assessments, meetings, and training across the group.
