The Role
This is a part-time role, offering between 24 and 36 hours per week, primarily working rotating day shifts. Working alternative weekends. There may also be the opportunity to work occasional night shifts on an ad hoc basis to provide cover for annual leave and other absences.
What you'll be doing:
· Overseeing the care team and ensure their duties have been fulfilled throughout the shift.
· Delivering high quality nursing care
· Developing, reviewing and updating care plans
· Ensuring medicines are administered, stored and received appropriately.
· Ensuring the well-being of our residents, making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
· Being pro-active in monitoring the behaviour and well-being of residents and making appropriate referrals to external sources of support or care as necessary.

- Strong Clinical knowledge and nursing skills
- Excellent communication skills
