Night care assistant

We are looking for a caring, compassionat and reliable person to join our friendly team in our family owned care home. 

We provide high quality, person centred care for 25 older people with a diverse range of needs helping them to feel safe, comfortable and valued throughout the night. 

As a night care assistant you will help provide care and support to our residents and complete tasks as required for the role. 

• Your responsibiities will include: 
• Helping residents feel safe and well cared for
• monitoring and providing required care provision
• maintain a clean and safe environment which is welcoming
• work as part of a supportive night care team. 

We are looking for some one who is :

• Reliable and responsible
• respectful of older people and their individual needs
• a good communicator and team player
• comfortable with working independently 
• commited to providing high standards of care
• experience in the care home sector
