Healthcare Assistant

Location: The Beeches Care Home, Mansfield Woodhouse

Position: Health Care Assistant

Hours: Average 36 hours per week, 8 AM - 8 PM, working on a two-week rolling rota including every other weekend

Hourly rate: £12.71 per hour

We are looking for someone who is patient, understanding, and committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to connect with people from all backgrounds, and work collaboratively to create a nurturing environment for our residents. Responsibilities:

• Support residents with daily needs, including mobility, personal care, hygiene, emotional support, and general health monitoring.
• Perform some laundry and domestic work.
• Work as part of a team to promote dignity and high-quality, person-centered care.

Requirements:

• NVQ/Diploma Level 2 or Care Certificate preferred (training is mandatory).
• Must be kind and compassionate.
• Job offer dependent on satisfactory DBS and references.
