Your Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care and support to residents
• Assisting with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting residents with mobility and transfers
• Encouraging social interaction and meaningful activities
• Assisting with meals, hydration, and nutrition
• Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any concerns
• Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
• Working closely with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and families
• Promoting residents' dignity, privacy, and independence at all times

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

Position: Full-Time Care Assistant
Hours: Full-Time (including alternate weekends)
Location: Mercer Moors Residential Home, Accrington
